EA-6B Prowler



The EA-6B is a follow-on development of the EA-6A, an electronic countermeasures version of the A-6 Intruder for the US Marine Corps. Designed as a carrier-borne electronic warfare aircraft, the first EA-6B prototype flew on 25 May 1968 and is still in service with the US Navy. The Prowler is manned by one pilot and three electronic countermeasures operators.
